Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Xcursion Concepts. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  • Shipping Area: We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders shipped to the Continental United States (CONUS) are charged a flat rate of $15.00 USD. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a flat rate of $50.00 USD. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.

  • Processing & Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard ground transit typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive at your destination.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the QuickFit A-Frame Hitch Adapter. If you need to return your item, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
